If your home is straightforward, we can move quickly. After our assessor confirms your eligibility and funding amount and you accept any remaining costs (if any) we submit your application. Approvals often come through within three working days. Once approved, we’ll book your install; most jobs are completed within about three weeks from assessment to installation.

Typically, you’ll hardly see or hear our team. We work mainly in the ceiling and underfloor spaces, moving materials into place and installing from those areas to minimise disruption. We protect access points, control dust, and keep noise low. When we’re done, we tidy up, remove packaging, and provide photo-based QA of what’s been installed.

We install market-leading products that meet or exceed New Zealand standards. Based on your location and the areas needing insulation, we’ll recommend the best solution for your home.

Funding is designed to benefit homeowners. If you qualify for 100% funding, there’s no cost to you—simple. If you qualify for 50–80%, you pay only the balance, often as little as $100 and typically under $1,000.

Do we need to turn the power off? Yes - we do! For all ceiling or underfloor work, your home’s power must be switched off before we start. This keeps everyone safe. The power must remain off while our team is in the ceiling or under the floor, and can only be turned back on once we’ve finished.

Not at all. You’re welcome to stay while we work, but you don’t need to be home the whole time. All we need is safe access to your ceiling and underfloor areas, and for the power to stay off while our team is working. We’ll keep you updated and let you know as soon as the job is complete.

Yes - you’ll notice your home holds heat better, meaning you won’t need to run heaters or heat pumps as often to stay comfortable.

Just make sure the access points to your ceiling or underfloor are clear. If you’ve got items stored in the ceiling, we may ask you to move them so we can work safely.
